WHAT IS small group training?

Small group training consists of one trainer working with three to eight clients. Keeping the group to an 8-person max allows the personal trainer to build a connection with each individual while giving proper attention to each participant’s safety, form, and alignment.


Small group training is a more cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a fitness professional. In addition, it has been shown to increase camaraderie, accountability, and success for individuals in the group. When individuals exercise in a group, they establish relationships and make friends, which helps to increase adherence to the program.

SGT FOR ADULTS

SGT for ADULTS is led by a certified personal trainer and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. Participants will use ropes, kettlebells, bars, TRX equipment and more encouraging individual progression and skill development


These sessions targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy. They are designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss.

SGT FOR TEENS

Health and fitness are important at any age. Our SGT for TEENS sessions are designed to teach 10-17 year-olds how to workout safely and effectively while engaging in a variety of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises.


Whether it’s a young athlete looking for off-season conditioning, a pre-teen or teen interested in understanding how to effectively exercise and safely use gym equipment or just looking for a fun active class, we are always looking to offer and develop programs for every need.


Our sessions focus on building and maintaining athletic abilities. Through a combination of a variety of training such as strength, endurance, flexibility as well as others to aid participants become well rounded in all physical activities.

SGT FOR KIDS

SGT classes for KIDS offer a variety of health benefits and are a fantastic way to keep children active and engaged. These classes promote physical fitness by improving cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Regular participation in SGT classes also helps to instill healthy habits at a young age and sets the foundation for a lifetime of good health.


From bodyweight exercises to cardio drills, the SGT for KIDS class offers a well-rounded workout with an obstacle course design that helps improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
